Non-Refundable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, all skincare and cosmetic products sold by Found Skin are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not provide refunds or accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Skin compatibility concerns
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

After verification, we may provide:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Another suitable resolution at our discretion

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A replacement is unavailable
  • The issue is verified by our support team

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
